Bitmymoney only pays out SEPA bank accounts. Bitmymoney has no influence on the processing speed of SEPA transfers and is not responsible for any problems with disbursements due to a malfunction or other problems at the bank.
Once you have successfully completed the necessary verification steps, you can send Cryptocurrencies. For security reasons, an additional verification step is required to confirm the sending action. This confirmation is valid for a limited period of time, after which the assignment to transfer is canceled. This time period is mentioned in the send action.
If you send Cryptocurrencies to a cryptocurrency address of the recipient, Bitmymoney will confirm that the cryptocurrency address is valid; however Bitmymoney can not confirm that the cryptocurrency address belongs to the intended recipient. You must check this information yourself in advance. It is very important that you enter the correct cryptocurrency address of the correct currency, we can not help you if you use a wrong address.
Bitmymoney ensures that within a few minutes the send transaction is created to the cryptocurrency address of the recipient and sent over the blockchain network. Bitmymoney has no influence on the further processing by the blockchain network.

Bitmymoney stores your Cryptocurrencies securely in a combination of online and offline storage. At least 95% of all customer credits are stored in offline storage at various locations. You can cancel your Bitmymoney account at any time, after settlement of current transactions.
If you have not logged into your account for 5 years, you will receive an e-mail from Bitmymoney asking if you want to continue or cancel your account.
After 10 years of inactivity, the account will be canceled, the funds will be converted into euros and the remainder minus the costs of research will be deposited into the bank account. If the bank account is no longer known, the credit expires.
Bitmymoney does not share user data with third parties unless it is legally obliged to do so. When Bitmymoney is legally obliged to provide data, this will always be answered.

This complaint must in any case include: your name, address, date and a clear description of the complaint.
